The <strong>Torqeedo Academy<\/strong>, an appointment by the company to <strong>provide training for international sales and service partners<\/strong>, has been launched.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The appointments, which began in late October, are held at the company&#8217;s German headquarters in Wessling. The entire course dedicated to clients and partners is managed by <strong>Stefan Hirzinger<\/strong>, a highly respected name in the industry. He is a professional with <strong>30 years of experience in developing technical training in the fields of solar energy and electric vehicles<\/strong>. The development of the project stems from the desire to build a center of knowledge, of information in order to bring together a group of people who are capable of leaving their mark on the boating industry. Especially with respect to innovation and the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;The electromobility sector is a very dynamic market environment in which it is extremely important to constantly develop knowledge and skills in all areas,&#8221; <\/em>Bez recalled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Torqeedo partners<\/strong> working in the industry, as well as <strong>customers<\/strong> and <strong>employees<\/strong> themselves, will thus be able to <strong>improve their technological competence<\/strong>, and in a direct way also their performance. This initiative, as is the case with many others, is aimed at <strong>building a new customer experience<\/strong> starting from some of the gaps noted in the services offered during these years. Bez himself said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;There have been times in the past when our after-sales experience has been insufficient, which is why we are now taking action. Our goal is to not only satisfy, but delight Torqeedo owners, from the moment they decide to electrify their boat, through the entire ownership experience.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Educate. Empower. Inspire.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the active intervention that Torqeedo Academy brings to the table, so it can train future experts in the field. And the results so far are positive: right from the first training courses, the Academy has received good participation from employees. It is sufficient to consider that for the course dedicated to Service Partners, <strong>the expected registrations have been doubled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cIt is rewarding to see the enthusiasm and energy of our service partners about the opportunity to train at the Torqeedo Academy. They are our front line, and their training and support are critical to ensuring a first-class user experience,&#8221; <\/em>Hirzinger enthusiastically commented.<br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_future_goals_of_the_project\"><\/span>The future goals of the project<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The groundwork has been laid, the first few appointments have been positive: this is the time not to stop. <strong>The next step is to offer online content<\/strong> that will then be accessible for anyone who wants it, from Torqeedo owners, to partners, to the general public.
